Information collected
The current static website does not include an active online inquiry, donation or newsletter form. It does not intentionally collect medical information. A hosting provider may process basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, requested pages and security logs.
Maps and external services
The contact page embeds Google Maps. Loading that map may allow Google to receive technical information under its own privacy terms. Links to third-party sites are governed by those sites’ policies.
Sensitive information
Do not send medical records, government identifiers, payment information or other highly sensitive data through an unsecured channel. If an online form is added later, this notice should be updated before it is activated.
Children
This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
